  • Konark Plaza got raised up with a set up of a Restaurant with Banquet Hall & a Mini Theatre in the city of Ulhasnagar

    1997-1998

  • Accomplished the very first pact of “Collection of Octroi” for Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation

    1998-1999

  • Honored with the first contract of “Toll Collection” at Mulund, by MSRDC

  • Inaugurated Cinema Hall with an opening show on 21st September’2001

  • Embarked with a new-fangled trade line of “Collection of Royalty” in Raigad and Ratnagiri District.

  • Unswerving hold in industry with succeeding tenders from MBMC (Mira Bhyander Municipal Corporation) and KDMC (Kalyan Dombivli Municipal Corporation) etc.
